Fantasy Football Draft Program

The draft program is entered from the link on each league's reports page.

Online Draft, Draft Schedule, Players

This link will take you to sign in page where you will select your team and enter your password. If your are the commissioner, entering the commissioner password will give you commissioner powers (selecting for any player, making trades without confirmation, etc) throughout the draft. You can enter as a guest without a password, but you can only watch the selections.

After you enter your password, you enter the draft welcome area. Here you can see what time the draft starts, see who is on the board for the next selections, and access links that will give you access to draft summaries as well as submit advanced selection lists and access the message board.

If the draft is not yet under way, you will then go to a temporary holding screen where you can see the other teams already in the drafting area. If you try to enter the draft before the starting time, you will be returned to the welcome screen.

The draft board itself is split into five frames. For those using browsers that will not handle frames, the program will give you individual screens. However, if you cannot access frames, it is strongly recommended that you download either a new version that will. In fact, if you are using a version of either Netscape or MSIE older than 4.0, it is recommended that you upgrade. Many of the newer JavaScript features don't work on the older versions. The program will still work, but you may miss out on a few features. There may even be a few features that will result in JavaScript error messages. If so, click okay and continue to run script.

The top frame is a banner that will scroll constantly to give you a list of players selected in the last two rounds. This feature is only available with JavaScript enabled.At either end of the banner are small buttons. The button with the '-' will slow the scrolling speed, and the one with the '+' will increase the speed of the scrolling.

The frame on the left is the update screen. It will tell you who is on the board to select, the previous selections, and the next 3 teams up. There is also a button for checking the message board, which blinks when a new message has bween sent.

The upper right frame gives you links for draft summaries and making trades

The lower center frame is for sending messages, either to all teams or private messages

The frame on the right is for selecting players or submitting players to advanced selection list. This frame contains a select box for team name and password so multiple teams can select from the same browser. In this case it would be advisable to change both team passwords to the same thing during the draft to avoid having to change passwords with every selection. This team name will also be used for making trades and as the sending team for all messages sent.
