Teams electing new team compensation will not retain draft position. New draft position will be halfway between position based on season finish and the last position.

Free Agent selections under new owner compensation rules will only have 3 years remaining in contract instead of 5 from normal draft. Only one free agent may be picked that was on the team's keeper eligible list.

Extra draft choices obtained in first 2 rounds from previous year will count as additional keeper
