Playoff games may not end in a tie.
Tie-breakers for playoff games are as follows:
The league has an injured reserve list for 2 players. Players must have been out 4 weeks due to injury or on NFL injured reserve to be eligible for league IR. Players must remain on the injured reserve list the remainder of the season. You must notify commissioner to request a player to be moved to IR.
Defensive team and special teams will be considered together as a single position.

Lineup changes for each player must be submitted prior to the start of the first game on the day of the player's (team's) game. A player playing on Thursday night must have his starting status modified prior to the start of the Thursday night game. Players starting on Monday can be changed until the start of the Monday night game.

Free agents may not be dropped in the same week in which they are acquired.
Free agents may not be picked up by another team in the same week in which they are released.
There is no charge for free agents in this league.
This league will have 5 scheduled periods of free agency selections every week. During these scheduled free agent selection periods, each team will have a set time when it can select free agents. The scheduled free agency period will begin in Week 2.

During the season open free agent selections (first-come first-served) are available after Sunday 12 AM ET. Open selections will be available starting in Week 0. The weekly free agent selection process ends Sunday 1 PM ET.
A player may not be released from a team's roster if he has starting status. He must be removed from the lineup first.
All trades must be equal in regards to the number of players traded. An empty roster position can be included to satisfy this requirement during the draft. All players will have to be removed from the starting lineup before they can be submitted for a trade.
Players can be traded for next year's draft picks.
Trades can be made at any time .No trades may be completed after Week 10.
Each returning team must declare its full complement of keepers prior to the draft.
Trades are not allowed prior to keeper designations. Only designated keepers can be traded, and all other players who were on the roster will be considered free agents.

Keepers must be declared by Aug 15, 2003 9 PM ET
The keeper drafts for this league will held in straight draft format (1-12) for every round. The keeper draft order will be in reverse order of finish from the prior season with the the Fantasy Bowl participants selecting last.
Each team will have 1440 minutes to select once it is on the board to select. However, each team will be limited to a total of 3000 minutes for the entire draft. Once this allotment is exhausted, a team will be allowed 5 minutes for each selection. If a team does not enter a selection in the time allowed, then the draft program will automatically select for the team. Each team can enter its own player rankings for the program to use it making automatic selections. If there is no ranked list on file for a team, then the site list will be used.
Trading of future draft picks is allowed during the draft. However, it must be handled directly with commissioner.
